Life without the Wolf: The future of threatened and endangered species

Join researchers from the University of St Andrews for an afternoon of talks exploring the latest research into endangered and threatened species, followed by a final presentation from renowned BBC wildlife cameraman, Doug Allan.

In addition to talks, a variety of hands-on outreach activities suitable for all ages will take place during the afternoon.

Heisenberg Ensemble: 30th Anniversary Concert

The activities will culminate at 7.00pm with a performance of Prokofiev’s much-loved work for children ‘Peter and the Wolf’ given in celebration of the Heisenberg’s 30th anniversary celebrations. The work will be paired with the wonderful 1st horn concerto by Richard Strauss and Rauel’s ‘Mother Goose’.

 

Tickets for the evening concert performance are available separately from the Byre Theatre Box Office (£10 for adults, £5 children/students).
